Payment & Insurance

• Standard fee of $150 per therapy hour

• I offer a free, 15-minute phone consultation to assess fit

• I am in-network with Aetna (for individual therapy only) and out-of-network with all other insurance providers

• I am in-network with the United Student Health insurance plan for UVA students

• Couples counseling is entirely self-pay, no billing through insurance

• If out-of-network, I am happy to provide Superbills if your insurance will reimburse you for an out-of-network provider

• I offer a limited number of sliding scale self-pay spots for clients with financial constraints
